A Detailed Description Of Every Session.

You should listen to Mind Music in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction. 
 If thats not possible  it is recommended  to use headphones. 
After starting the session, close your eyes and relax.

Every download (session) is 10 min in length and if you need to

Absolute Relaxation.
