If your life-style, thoughts, words actions and so on are positive and they support you, then, very well. However, if you are all the time exposed to - let's call it, "negative energy", poor diet, unhappy relationships, environmental and chemical stresses, and so on-- this can literally pull the body out of tune. Sometimes the body gets so used to being out of tune, it forgets the ideal energy blueprint it used to enjoy, and adopts a less healthy blueprint, which eventually results in imbalance, illness and 'disease'. We can learn to restore the frequency and synchronization to our body and mind. We have the ability to adjust our frequencies, to shift our ambiance by using certain sounds and music to transform existing negativity to a new reality of health and happiness. |
